Banana “Vice” Cream


4 very ripe bananas

1/4 c. Utopian Kitchen Toasted Coconut & Dark Chocolate peanut butter
(or any flavor of your choice!)

1 T. coconut oil

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

pinch of kosher salt


1. Slice bananas into 1/4” thick rounds and freeze. Try to lay the slices flat so they don’t freeze in a clump. Freeze for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

2. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and let sit for a few minutes. Puree until creamy and smooth.

If you like frozen yogurt consistency, serve immediately. If you like firmer ice cream, freeze it for a few hours before serving.
